Refund Policy
All products sold on KingSTL are digital download files. No physical product will be shipped.
Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered or accessed.
If you experience any issue with your download, missing files, corrupted files, or access problems, please contact us with your order number. We will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds may be considered only in cases where:
- The purchased file cannot be accessed
- The download link is broken
- The wrong file was delivered
- The issue cannot be resolved by replacement or support
We do not offer refunds for:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Lack of software knowledge
- Printer setting issues
- Failed prints caused by slicer settings, support settings, resin, filament, or printer calibration
